The Murraylands region is well served by a range of education facilities. Pre-school, primary and secondary students are supported by quality educational facilities in the majority of large towns. A range of private schools at both primary and secondary levels are available in the Rural City of Murray Bridge. There has been significant growth in the Child Care sector particularly within Murray Bridge.

As the regional post secondary centre, Murray Bridge has a regional campus of TAFE, which offers a range of tertiary courses.  Recent expansion of manufacturing related studies have been directed to increasing employment prospects in trade areas. A range of Regional Training Organisations also provide targeted skill based courses. The community based Murray Mallee Community Education Network (MMCEN) provides localised training in response to community interests and training needs.
