Aay's Herbs is the largest grower of fresh herbs in Australia. With markets including Woolworths nationally, Aay's Herbs recently relocated their growing and packing premises to Monarto, 10 minutes from Murray Bridge. With their newly released organic range, they aim to capture a large proportion of this market. The herbs are grown and packed on-site which retains the freshness and quality.

Big River Pork is the largest pork abbatoir in South Australia. They chose to build their state-of-the-art factory in the Murraylands because of the supply of adequate infrastructure and the locality to the supply of quality pigs. Big River Pork have grown in 2001 from processing 7,500 pigs per week to presently in 2007, processing over 20,000 pigs over 2 shifts. Many of the pigs are destined for export markets including Singapore and Japan.
