The larger towns in the Mid Murray region provide quality primary education while a centrally located area schools serve the needs of secondary students.  School buses collect students from farming areas and commute them to other towns including Murray Bridge on a daily basis. Post secondary training is provided by TAFE Regional at Murray Bridge, while the Murray Mallee Community Education Network (MMCEN) provides community based training at a local level. Community service centres also provide training in computer and recreational subjects in response to local interests and needs.
